I want to take the opportunity to compliment the conference presenters and the organizers on the excellent quality of the material and presentation. I did have trouble with the webcast, but when I called Swankhealth, the sent me a CD with which I was able to watch the presentation on weekends rather than watch TV. Well done and I will look forward to further conferences.
