Pre-registration was frustrating in that I was unable to register by my legal name, ie J. Mark Battin.,DO. The process only accepted middle initials not middle names, and there was no DO option, only a MD option. The handbook I was provided with (fourth edition, February 2001), had nothing in it about chemical warfare. I was unable to see the test questions, as in the past two times, and preview them before getting online to take the test. I found the colonel who handled the chemical warfare to be too jocular and he often interrupted people. Otherwise it was a good course.
