I completed the evaluation of the January course. I could not remember the names of the various participants. I felt unable to complete the section relating to their abilities and performance. Is there a way they can be identified if we are going to be asked to complete these evaluations?

We are also asked to evaluate the teaching materials. Was our site unique in not having any prepared materials? Nothing was distributed.
