smallpox

I did appriciate it , if someone could answer a couple of question i have
1) does the vaccination for small pox offer any immunity to infection from other pox viruses like camelpox, monkeypox
2)Are there any reagent kits avaliable in the market to check the levels of immunity in population which has been vaccinated?
