vaccine contraindications

We heard about the contraindications for smallpox vaccine (excema and immunocompromised state), and the opinion that 2mg/kg up to 20mg/day for an adult of prednisone would be a problem/

Does anyone have an opinion about other contraindications? Such as the use of steroid eye drops, or the presence of a chronic eye or URI inflammation, or iritis or chrionic rhinitis?

I also assume that fever would be be a temporary contraindication
to prophylactic vaccination.

Other contraindicators would be females that are pregnant, and spouses of those pregnant females.
